The properties owned by the Trust are situated in the popular retirement development at Ferryhill Court, Whinhill Gate. Ferryhill Court is a short distance from the city centre with both Holburn Street and Union Street accessible by local bus routes or a walk of approximately 15 minutes. Close by is the Duthie Park and Winter Gardens. The Ferryhill area of the city is a peaceful, leafy residential area with many local churches, shops and amenities.
